If you want a straight board, we have available two sizes which you may choose.
The Happy Chopper is a John Boos edge grain hard maple cutting board 20"x 15"x 1.25". A
reversible board to use one side for veggies and the other for fruit. Along with
the board and 3.5 inch Mundial forged steel paring knife, we have included a
stainless steel grater to grate whole nutmeg and cinnamon. Cooking is not
complete without that special olive oil to heighten your food's taste. We have
included Sciabica Olive Oil, 5 oz. bottle to try. You also have your
choice of one of our sample herb and spice sets to go with your chopping board.
