Organic Coverings- utilizes the most luxurious organic cotton ticking woven in the world. It is woven in Germany on state of the art looms that produce a quality that feels as good as 300 thread count Italian sheets. The fabric features the Royal-Pedic trademark name with the word organic and small clover pattern for a tasteful appearance and very high end look and comfort.
Organic Cotton Padding - uses an ultra premium, white organic cotton padding featuring a blend of long and medium length organic staple fibers for better batting strength and cohesiveness. The organic cotton layers are pre-compressed and English hand tufted to minimize settling under body weight.
Organic Insulator Pads and Under Cloth - utilize 10-12 oz. organic cotton ticking attached to the innersprings and box springs before the cotton padding is layered on top. The organic cotton ticking provides a barrier surface for the organic cotton layers to rest on to prevent pocketing into the coils. The same organic ticking is featured as the under cloth on the bottom of the box spring.
Organic Border - feature organic padding quilted to the back of the border material to provide an organic, non synthetic border.
Innerspring Unit - an excellent innerspring unit. Features Royal-Flex 580-14.5 gauge unit. Double heat tempered to resist sag and provide outstanding longevity. Coil systems are 6-turn hi-profile coils systems as compared to the more basic 5 turn coil systems. The coils are open ended, rather than knotted at the end for better conformity to the body. T-spring side supports to firm up the sidewall of the mattress for edge to edge sleeping comfort and support.
Box Spring Unit - Features their legendary "Double Diamond" box spring unit with 50% more coils in the center third, where the support is needed the most. The coils are mounted to a wide slat poplar wood.  The box spring uses the 10-12 oz. organic cotton ticking attached to the surface of the spring system followed by a thick layer of organic cotton padding, covered in the matching German organic cotton ticking. On the bottom of the box spring they attach the 10-12 oz. organic cotton ticking for the under cloth. Finally custom brass corner guards are attached (no plastic ones!)
