Shipping and Ordering
Tonkatinkers ships via UPS in the mainland US. This provides a tracking service to locate your order if needed.
Cost will be depending on where item is sent and no International shipping..
US mainland shipping will be determined according to order dollar amount. Minimum of $10.00
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of order, unless noted.
UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver your order. If they are unable to deliver your order due to you (receiver) is not available, they will return package to us.
This will result in a 15% restocking fee plus loss of shipping charges. We will then refund the remaining balance back to your credit card.
Shipping based on order amount (for US mainland Customers):
$1 - $19.99 ADD $13.00
$20 - $39.99 ADD $14.00
$40 - $59.99 ADD $15.00
$60 - $100 ADD $16.00
OVER $100 ADD $18%
Any additional shipping expenses incurred by TK due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customer, will be added to customers charge for shipping.
IL Residents Taxes will be applied if shipped to residents of IL
Edible items will have a 1.0% tax
Nonedible items will be taxed at 7.25% tax
Non-Residents
No tax will be applied.
Payment: We do accept VISA and MC. We will send e-mail or call to confirm order with shipping amount, and if any changes might have to be made. Final order cost will be finalized on order confirmation.

Return of Merchandise:
Edible (food) items are not returnable unless integrity of product has been damaged during shipping. If returning an item, a RMA# must be obtained and sent with returned merchandise.
Refunds are not made, but credit is issued on next order that is to be placed in 30 days of our receipt of merchandise. Return shipping not included in refund.
